**Overall Purpose of The Job**
- To provide a high level of Support for the systems within the Group. Communicating with colleagues on all levels.
Work within the structure of the IT department and maintain a professional level of behaviours.
Work within the SLAs of external and internal customers.
Continually provide excellent customer experience to both internal and external customers.

**Key Responsibilities and Tasks**
- Strictly adhere to the policies and procedures put in place by the V.Group VMS and IT policy documents.
- Provide telephone and remote support as part of the global team
- Working within the ServiceDesk system to update users during the lifecycle of the request and resolve or escalate as required.
- Enforcing the IT security policy and procedures.
- Work within SLA laid down by IT management
- Working at specified set agreed hrs to cover business needs
- Reporting to Line manager on daily tasks / issues

**Required Experience**
- Personal
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of colleagues in person and on the phone.

Beneficial Technical Experience
Hardware
- knowledge of Desktops and Laptops and if any server exposure
Software
- Windows 10 Operating system or any server Operating systems
- Any database software
- Any scripting / coding software
Networking/ Database / Security
- A basic level of knowledge of TCP/IP networking would be beneficial
- Any Db creation or administration knowledge
- Any knowledge of Cyber security
