About the role:
At Neighbour we are searching for an exceptional individual to join our Croydon Office.

Working directly with the Founding Neighbour you will play an integral role in managing the sales progression. The role will mainly involve

Key Responsibilities:

- Handling incoming telephone calls
- To ensure a smooth transition to an exchange of contracts
- Close liaison with all solicitors, surveyors and vendors
- Anticipate difficulties and ensure these are resolved as soon as possible
- Agree mutually agreeable completion dates
- Ensure exchange timetables are met
- Ensure contract paper are issued and enquiries received within an agreed timeframe
- Have full knowledge of length of time local authority searches are taking
- Ensure searches are requested
- Be fully aware of the details of any chain of sales involved
- Inform all parties of an exchange of contracts
- Perform other tasks delegated by the Founder

To be a Sales Progressor, you need:

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ideally 2 years’ experience in a property sales environment
- Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload
- Full in-depth knowledge of conveyancing process
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: From £18,000.00 per year
