**Wentbridge House Hotel is looking for a Breakfast Supervisor to join our team**

**This is a part-time position working 16-24 hours per week, including weekends.**

Your main duties will include leading on the serving of breakfast to our guests in a professional, friendly manner whilst maintaining high standards of service & hospitality - ensuring our guests expectations are constantly exceeded & that they have everything they need.

You must be trustworthy, presentable, flexible, have high standards with excellent communication skills and be able to lead and work as part of a busy team.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and guest service.
- Supervise all guest interactions, ensuring quality of service and positive interactions.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations.
- Ensure that all breakfast waiting staff are trained and competent in fulfilling their role.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and operating procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by the Duty Manager.

**Experience Required**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant with supervisor responsibilities.

**The working times are**:

- Monday - Friday: 06:30am - 10:30am
- Saturday & Sunday: 08:00am - 12:00pm

You must legally be able to work in the UK.

Due to our rural location & limited public transport, access to your own vehicle is essential.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: Up to £11.50 per hour
