**HR Administrator | Wrotham | Full Time | Permanent | £25,000 - £30,000**

We are delighted to be working with a dynamic organisation to recruit a HR Administrator to join their established HR team.

The role will be based at their modern offices in Wrotham and will be fully onsite working with parking available.

**Role Duties**:

- Act as the first point of contact for the HR department offering advice and support on a range of HR queries
- Support with the administration involved with investigations, disciplinaries, grievances and attend meetings when required
- With the support of the Head of HR, update HR policies and procedures
- Responsible for monitoring sickness absence and holiday allowance
- Support with end to end recruitment including attending career fairs
- Maintain and update HR records and issue HR related documentation
- Support the apprenticeship scheme
- Support with conducting employee surveys
- Coordinate the company training plans
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support the delivery of the mental health program
- Assist with various adhoc HR projects
- A minimum of 2 years HR administration experience gained from a commercial organisation is required.
- CIPD Level 3 qualified
- Good understanding of employment law
- Articulate and an excellent communicator
- Professional, confident and with a logical approach to your work
- Strong commercial awareness
