**Your new role**
Reporting to the CFO, this newly created position will play a significant part in influencing commercial decisions within this high growth business.
The role is to support value creation, MI reporting, analysis, and metric reporting. As well as developing the commercial reporting for the organisation, your role requires you to support the wider business and decision making with the desire to help accelerationof growth and produce insightful information. Your new financial planning job will involve:

- Developing and reporting on financial and operational performance metrics and goals
- Perform cost and headcount forecasting
- Provide inputs for monthly and quarterly business reviews
- Facilitate the business reviews with data analysis and follow through with business leaders on actionable items
- Ad-hoc business and financial analyses

**What you'll need to succeed**
Ideally you will be a fully qualified senior finance professional with either ACA, ACCA or CIMA
A passion for Data and Technology, ideally you will have demonstrable skills at an advanced level in Excel as well prior experience using BI / MI Tools
Outstanding inter-personal skills coupled with a desire to innovate
