Medical Receptionist

My Client is a well known Private Psychiatrist and CBT Specialist based in the City with a Private Client base. They are dedicated to patient results and employee satisfaction, being one of the very few consultant psychiatrists who have been formally trainedin Cognitive Behaviour Therapy you can be assured that you will be working within a well respected organisation.

The duties of this role include (but are not limited to)
- Liaising with new patients to ensure registration/consent forms, maps, health questionnaires etc. are completed
- Rescheduling cancellations and ensuring gaps in Doctors diaries are filled
- Greeting patients in a welcoming manner
- Taking upfront payment for those not covered by insurance

**This role is initially a temporary role with the possibility of it becoming a 12 month Fixed Term Contract if you are successful in the role.**
