KCS are looking for a number of experienced Fixers Mates to start ASAP on a long-term project in Leicester.

Main duties will be removing balustrade panels and installing UPVC trims around windows internally. Residents are currently living in the properties so the works carried out need to be completed in a professional manner.

Job will also involve assisting with deliveries and maintaining site with good housekeeping to a standard that the company requires.

All operatives must have a valid CSCS card, Tools and full PPE.

**Job Types**: Temporary contract, Full-time

**Salary**: £130.00-£140.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Leicester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (required)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
