**The Role**

As a client support executive, your role will be incredibly varied and will require you to work in a fast-paced, highly professional environment and manage financial transactions, customer queries, and engage with external financial advisors.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be required to undertake the following duties:

- Process transactions to agreed service levels adhering to the principles of Treating Customer Fairly, and within the agreed financial authority parameters
- Managing and updating customer data, ethically, compliantly, and in accordance with FSA requirements
- Assisting the management team and business operations, including the collation of supporting Management Information
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and efficiency each day

**The Person**

To be considered for this position, applicants **MUST** demonstrate the following skills and experiences:

- Minimum of 12 months of Customer service experience in a telephone environment.
- Good analytic, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- English and Maths GCSEs (Grade C or above) or equivalent.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
