A great opportunity exists to join our highly dynamic Revenue Management team as a Revenue and Pricing Associate (internally known as Revenue Manager) where you will join a highly developed programme that will train and develop you in the field of setting pricing strategies for a portfolio of UK based hotels. This position is based in our office 3 days a week with the option to work from home on the other two.

What you’ll be doing:
- Manage price and yield tactics across a cluster of hotels, in order to maximise the revenue, and outperform the market.
- Achieving the revenue key performance indicators.
- Managing the IDeaS Revenue Management system to ensure pricing strategies are optimal and appropriate.
- Monitoring demand drivers and changes to ensure market conditions are swiftly reacted to and maximised.
- Owning the commercial strategies for each hotel, in association with the Area Revenue Managers and the Sales and Marketing teams.
- Effectively communicating the revenue performance in the hotels during regular commercial reviews with the Area Revenue Managers. Discussing revenue strategies, competitor pricing, IDeaS G3 configuration and forecast positions.
- Work with the Premium Events Team to ensure that revenue strategies on and around key event dates are appropriate.
- Support team to cover holiday, sickness and project work as required.
- Communication with hotels and other stakeholders.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Work with the Hotel Booking Support Team to ensure the balance between the commercial focus and customer experience is maintained.
What we’ll expect from you
You’ll be analytical, with the desire to work in a fast paced, target and results driven environment. You’ll also have:
- Educated to degree level, or equivalent commercial experience.
- Proven track record of successful commercial decision making
- Experience of analysing data, identifying trends and making comercial recommendations and decisions.
- Good communication and influencing skills
- Excellent prioritisation and organisation skills
- Able to demonstrate when you have shown flexibility and embraced change to meet the varying needs of the business
- Proactive, Self motivated, enthusiastic, personable and energetic
What will set you apart
- At least 6 months Revenue Management or pricing experience
- Good Excel skills
