We are delighted to be working on behalf our client who is looking for a Night Porter. A top-quality hotel/conference centre within a scenic part of a village on the borders of Bedford and Milton Keynes. So if you are looking for a great opportunity with lots of benefits read on:

Due to the location you will either drive or require the “live in” option.

Working 5 nights out of 7 on a rota basis, hours of work 23:00 - 07:00.

Daily duties are likely to involve the following:
- Working with the team responsible for maintaining standards of guest service overnight
- Front desk customer service in person and on the telephone
- Audit and simple accounting/report production duties
- Security of the building and guest safety
- Late night bar service and simple bar snack food production
- Cleaning and presentation standards of public areas

What we need from you:
- Have a friendly, welcoming personality with excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience within hospitality or similar but must be able to demonstrate previous experience within a face to face customer service environment
- If you have previously been a night porter or similar that would be great
