**The Position**

Thornhill Dental is seeking a new Dental Receptionist **with dental experience.**

PART TIME - 24 hours
- Exact working times are published 3 weeks in advanced and be within the following times:_
- _Monday: 8.00am - 6.00pm_
- _Tuesday & Wednesday: 8.00am - 9.00pm_
- _The position includes (approximately) 1 Saturday morning (8:00am - 1:00pm) per month. This is paid as overtime at a rate of time and a half_
- _Pay negotiable dependant on experience starting at £12.50 per hour._

Thornhill Dental is a family-run practice founded in 1987 by Graeme Tattersfield BChD MFGDP (UK) RCS Eng. Over the years, we have established a strong reputation for delivering excellent dental healthcare and exceptional customer service to our patients. We continuously invest in upgrading our facilities to ensure a comfortable experience for our patients.

Our modern treatment rooms are fully computerized with Exact dental software (SoE) and equipped with digital x-ray machines, intra-oral cameras, dual screens, and air conditioning. We have our own digital OPT Machine, a Wave One rotary endodontic system, and work with premium dental materials.

Over the past 37 years, we have grown from a single surgery practice to having eight beautiful dental treatment rooms, offering a wide range of dental treatments. Our supportive Dental Associates at Thornhill Dental have diverse special interests, including Implants, Invisalign, Facial Aesthetics, Cosmetic Dentistry, TMJ, Endodontics, and Minor Oral Surgery.

The practice management team at Thornhill Dental is led by James and Aimee Tattersfield, who are actively involved in the day-to-day operations. They work alongside Karen Douglas, a valued member of the team since the practice's establishment in 1987. The management team at Thornhill Dental embraces a supportive, personal, and collaborative approach, fostering the growth, progress, and remarkable success of everyone within Team TD.

Although Graeme and Jenny Tattersfield, the founders of Thornhill Dental, are now enjoying a semi-retired phase, their wealth of experience in the dental industry remains invaluable. Graeme retired from clinical dentistry in June 2022, but their unwavering support is always within reach. Their continued involvement ensures that Thornhill Dental benefits from their expertise and knowledge.

Since its inception in 1987, Thornhill Dental has been privately owned by the Tattersfield family, who remain fully committed to nurturing the legacy of the practice.
