**Finance Manager - Home based**

This position would highly suit an outgoing, role up your sleeves, Finance generalist, with 3-5 years post qual experience who knows how to get the most out of people and be open to adding value to the team and Head of Finance.

This is a non corporate, fast paced, ever evolving environment. Unfortunately, anyone at a Snr FC or FD level, or not yet fully qualified cannot be considered.

**About the role**

Initial priorities are managing the day to day financial function to Trial Balance, reviewing, Improving and documenting processes and controls.

Helping to Implement Financial Tools and Systems, forecasting of Working Capital needs and supporting the Head of Finance with the development of and management of the Financial Plan.

Supervision and development of the Finance Team

Cashflow Forecasting and Working Capital Management

Ensuring the Integrity of the Financials and Financial data to Trial Balance

VAT Reporting and compliance

Management of Month End process and reporting to Parent Co.

Supporting the management and development of processes, systems, and controls.

Supporting the forecasting and budgeting cycles and Inputs

Adhoc projects as requested by Head of Finance

**Essential Skills**

Technically competent under IFRS and FRS102

Strong to advanced Excel Skills - essential

**Essential Experience**

Previous Management Reporting experience

Team management and development

Leadership

Improvement of processes

Understanding of data flows and control fame works

**Qualifications**

3-5 years post qualification Accountant, ICAEW, ACCA, CIMA
