School Dt Technician

Here at Veritas Education I am currently looking to recruit a school based DT Technician on behalf of my partner secondary school based in the Kirklees area. This role is easily commutable from area's such as Mirfield, Batley and Liversedge. Starting assoon as possible you will be responsible for supporting within the Design Technology department of school making sure the equipment and workshop is kept in a tidy and safe environment for pupils to work in. You will be supporting the head of department witha wide variety of tasks and be used to working with machinery.

Requirements of the role
- Knowledge and understanding of how workshops run
- The ability to support young learners across the secondary age range
- Be able to adhere to health and safety policies in schools
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (this can be applied for)

- Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and all employment breaks must be explained
- You must have legal right to work in the UK
- You must be willing to attend a registration interview
