**What Your Role Is**

An exciting opportunity has arisen to provide effective and efficient support to the EUAU Directors of Marketing, Sales, HR & Supply Chain. Reporting to the Business Services Manager the Senior PA is responsible for the effective and seamless coordination, management and support of 4 directors, liaising with EUAU Leadership Team, Functional Leadership Teams, Business Services Team, International Admin Team, Customers & External Agency Partners to provide an A class service consistently.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Complex and proactive calendar management of four directors - anticipating conflicts, prioritizing, building in sufficient contingency to ensure their time is best used and maximized.
- Co-ordination of functional, periodic, and ad hoc Leadership Team meetings including but not limited to welcoming teams from across Europe.
- Facilitation of quarterly/annual meetings for each of the functions: e.g. Sales Edge, MDD, HR & SC offsites.
- Organizing complex travel for Directors across multiple locations and time zones.
- Carrying out ad hoc projects and Support with the local inductions of senior new starters.
- Work in partnership with the virtual administration team to efficiently process expenses.

**What You Bring to The Team**
- Solid experience as a Personal Assistant in a fast-paced environment - FMCG environment desirable but not essential.
- Advance MS Office capabilities, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
- A Team player with the ability to build robust interpersonal relations at all levels.
- Event management and planning abilities including remotely.
- An assertive, proactive, accountable and agile approach to all tasks.
