**Working Environment**
We are currently looking for a full time
**Front of House Supervisor** to join our dynamic team at St Fagans National History Museum.
Your key responsibilities of
**Front of House Supervisor** will consist of:

- Support the catering operation at St Fagans National History Museum
- Deliver efficient and cost effective front of house service
- Ensuring the team are trained and confident in delivering high quality service in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills with customers and colleagues
- Maintain strict compliance with EHO/H&S standards and current legislation
- Demonstrate compliance with all existing company systems, procedures and practises
- Recruitment of front of house staff
- Adhoc duties as requested by the general manager
- Ensure the company is always represented professionally

**Working Pattern**: 5 over 7 days

**Skills and Experience**
This position will require a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in the hospitality industry.
