**2nd Line Support Engineer**

**Basic**:£20,000 - £30,000 + benefits + excellent training opportunities

**Role**: Provide day-day technical support

**Location**:Cheshire office (commutable from Warrington, Liverpool, Runcorn, or Wirral from the M56)

Due to growth, they are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to internal and external customers. You will be responsible for incident resolution within the areas of your expertise. This is agreat opportunity to relish in providing excellent customer service experience within an SLA guided environment.

**Key Responsibilities: 2nd Line Support Engineer**
- Providing professional and efficient 2nd line technical support
- Providing onsite support services as part of the customer location team rota
- Incident ownership, with technical diagnosis and fixing of issues either remotely or on-site
- Proactively managing backup schedules and targeted reaction to monitoring platforms
- Troubleshooting infrastructure systems to determine satisfactory incident resolution
- Strive to exceed in the delivery of operational KPI’s and customer SLA’s.

**Experience Required: 2nd Line Support Engineer**
- Experience of 2nd Line Support, IT Support, Technical Support, Help Desk Support or similar experience
- Experience of Active Directory, Windows 10, O365 user management and troubleshooting skills
- Sound troubleshooting skills along with excellent communication skills
- Working experience of hardware components
- Driving licence to commute to client site when needed
