Sewing Machinist

**Hours**

Monday - Friday 7.30am - 16.00pm

**The Role**
- To follow detailed works orders / sales orders / customer instructions ensuring that each product is made correctly.
- Labelling of Tweedmill products to specification/sales order
- Sewing Tweedmill products using specifications/sales orders/ patterns
- Cleaning and low/general maintenance of machine
- Perform quality checks.
- Work closely with the Team Supervisors to ensure all orders are produced correctly, efficiently and to a high standard.
- Daily worksheets

**Required Skills**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to multi-task.
- Experience of working within a production site, would be an advantage but not essential.
- Work accurately and efficiently.
- 3 years plus experience
- Working with various fabrics
- Experience of using flatbed sewing machine
- Experience of using an industrial whipping machine would be an advantage
