**What we expect from you**:
We are looking for a new head receptionist to join our front of house team. This is a customer facing role and you will be the first and last contact with our guests so we rely on you to be a happy face and make a good impression. Guest care is paramount and we pride ourselves on delivering fantastic service. Their job is to provide exceptional customer service whilst performing their regular duties, as well as supervising their reception team. Other duties include talking to guests to ensure they have a good experience, reporting any guest complaints to the Manager.
