We have an exciting new opportunity for two Band 3 Neuro Rehabilitation Assistants within the new **Hounslow Community Neuro-rehabilitation Team **and the unique **Neuro Timely Suppported Discharge Team **to support our ability to meet the Integrated Community Stroke Service (ICSS) delivery model.

**Fixed Term Neuro Rehabilitation Assistant - Band 3 - 37.5hrs - Full Time**

**Fixed Term Neuro Rehabilitation Assistant - Band 3 - 15hrs - Part Time**

This is an ideal post for an experienced Band 3 Rehabilitation Assistant looking to further develop their neurological rehabiltiation skills or someone already working within a health or social care setting looking for a new challenge.

This job will allow the successful applicant to work within a specialist neurological service with patients with a variety of neurological conditions. They will be able to work in collaboration with a variety of clinical specialists within the team alongside other rehabilitation assistants.

Within the team there is a strong focus on personal and service development and you will be given opportunities to participate in in-service training programme and external training where appropriate.

**This post is currently fixed term until the end of March 2024, however there may be scope for further extension following a successful pilot of this additional support.
