**The role**:
- 1st look at surveys, input ready for Dean to check and process job orders.
- Stock Orders/ checks
- Getting quotes from suppliers for stock & parts for manufacture
- Assist with Trade processing
- Chasing late/ missing deliveries
- Gathering information for quotes for jobs/ leads
- Assist with Admin duties as required around the contract flow from start to finish
- Must have experience using Logikal order processing system
- Has current or recent experience order processing windows and doors is a must
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to manage own workload
- Good communication and customer service experience
- Must currently reside in the UK
