**Story so far**
- TARKA is a fast growing, young and incredibly fun company which provides children’s activity classes, holiday camps and birthday parties in London and beyond to children from 18 months.
- We are unique because we put exercise at the core of everything we do. Because children need a lot of exercise at a young age and a large proportion do not currently get enough. Our classes develop children physically, emotionally and socially while being fun and engaging.
- The team is young, energetic and ambitious and we value our team hugely.

**Overview**
- **Location**: Oxfordshire/remote
- **Salary**:Generous**. **Dependent on commitment and experience. Bonus scheme on top.
- **Annual leave**:25 days holiday (pro rate if not full time)

**Responsibilities**
- Running and growing our fledgling Oxfordshire business
- Managing instructor availability and shifts in the venues we work in
- Leading/participating in Tarka classes
- Liaising with private members clubs and other venues.

**Essentials**
- Experience is less important than character for us. We have a strong culture and need you to be a perfect fit. This means we are looking for someone who is:

- Loves exercise and/or children
- Loves talking to new people in person and on the phone and has an outgoing and engaging manner
- Is natural ‘organiser’ - you love things to be in perfect order and ship-shape
- Forward -thinking: you like to plan and think ahead to make sure there are no surprises
- Positive, chatty and fun: this is how we are so you will just enjoy work if you are like this too
- A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude and strong work ethic
- Instinctively entrepreneurial

**Nice-to-haves**
- Experience of working with clients ideally from an education, events, front of house or leisure and hospitality background.
- Working with Microsoft Office and Excel
- Customer service and/or sales experience
- May suit a personal trainer, actor or similar that wants a second job

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 10-35 per week

**Salary**: £15.00-£45.00 per hour
