Water Jet

**Main Purpose of Role**
- Setting up, operating and maintaining the water jet/router to ensure the completion of customer orders.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Loading and unloading material and parts, loading programs, operating controls, setting offsets, deburring and inspection of quality parts for conformance to requirements.
- Required to CAD/CAM and interpret drawings, manuals, specifications or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished products, sequence of operations and set up requirements. Prepare dimensional drawings, working drawings and more complex drawings.
- Keep equipment and work area clean and orderly and perform basic preventative maintenance functions on equipment. Working to the company health and safety policies.

**General Duties**
- To undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this job.

**Salary depending on experience.**

Permanent position (shift 0800 to 1630)

with a view of moving to a 4 day shift Monday - Thursday

Overtime available.

Rate dependent on experience.

**Salary**: £10.50-£12.50 per year
