Summary

The Wiltshire and Swindon Coroner’s office, located in Salisbury, is looking for two temporary Court Listing Clerks to support the Coroners Office in relation to administrative tasks undertaken, including preparing for Inquests and attending hearings in Court.

These posts are for a fixed period of six months with variable hours to fit around inquest hearings as and when they are scheduled. The roles are office based within the Coroner’s Court at 26 Endless Street, Salisbury.

This role provides the opportunity to develop skills and experience working within the Coroner’s office, we are looking for someone who is resilient to work within this area, as some of the information and images seen can be distressing, you will have excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

**About you**

Educated to A level standard/NAP level 3 or equivalent or with previous experience of working within a legal office and must have knowledge of ICT systems. You will be able to demonstrate and provide evidence of effective communication skills with the ability to resolve issues and problems. You will have a proactive approach in prioritising workload to ensure deadlines and competing demands are met.
