Wild recruitment are working with a nationwide client who are looking for customer service professionals who have a passion for technology to join their team in Whiteley, Fareham.

You will be responsible for:

- Answering service requests via phone, chat and web portal.
- Ensuring that key Targets and KPIs are achieved
- Provide excellent customer service
- Managing requests and queries
- Ensure that all customers are informed of progress on outstanding issues and requests.
- Be actively involved in the development and improvement of Technology Customer Service Desk.
