Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
- Supervise and train front of house staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate food service for events and special occasions
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
**Skills**:
- Proven experience as a supervisor in a food lead pub
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
