Location: Prescot L35
Hours: Full-Time (37.5hrs)
Pro-rota which works alongside a requested system to allow flexibility regarding shifts.
Position: Permanent
Start Date: ASAP - will accommodate notice.

**Salary**: £34,950 - £37,000: Experience depending.
We’re looking for Registered Mental Health Nurse to enhance and join our team of Clinicians and MDT to help provide high quality service to help and support patients. We’re seeking a flexible, dynamic, and training RMN who can work Days/Nights to help us advancefurther. Our company has recently just been rated Outstanding by CQC.
**Job Description**:

- Assessing the needs, planning as well as delivering and evaluation of care for allocated residents and to deliver specific interventions according to the assessed needs.
- Overseeing the nursing care process as well as providing direction and supervision to the Health Care Assistants (HCA’s) and other team members in meetings and resident’s needs.
- To occasionally act as Nurse in Charge of the clinical area in the absence of the care co-ordinator.
Person Specifications:

- Registered with NMC with no restrictions to practice or convictions with 1 years’ experience in acute/community medical setting.
- Demonstrate the ability to carry out all care needs with direct supervision, having the ability to work independently and within a team
- Experience in supervising Care Staff
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Risk Assessments and Risk Management skills within a resident’s environment.
