- Good Time management and organisational Skills

- Provide and Maintain efficient and effective clerical support for the Operations team
- Ensure all information contained on the system is accurate at all times
- Managing vehicle maintenance details and communicating with the relevant people
- Computer literate, experience of working with, maintaining and analysing data using MS Excel

**Key Responsibilities**
- Controlling the allocation of trailers to new deals
- Ensuring the assets provided to our customers are compliant and of the highest quality
- Controlling the on-hire and off-hire fleet checks
- Full control of the tyre spend and allocation budget
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service, communicating to customers in a professional manner
- Work closely with our supplier network to arrange jobs within an agreed budget
- Work as part of a team to prioritise and manage the workload
- Ensure customers are kept up to date, ensuring any issues are escalated to management

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
