Our client has an exciting new opportunity for an HR Assistant to join their team. The exciting and varied role will offer an opportunity to support the HR manager and the people team with all aspects of the HR role and functions.

To apply, you will need:

- A qualification in HR, CIPD L3 (or working towards) or equivalent
- Good knowledge of employment law, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- To support the HR manager and our People team in all areas of HR administration
- To assist with onboarding, induction, offboarding and other HR procedures and processes
- To help resolve HR related queries, escalating where appropriate
- To assist in ensuring all employee records are up to date, whilst maintaining accurate databases including holiday and absence records
- Assist in organising staff training both internally and externally, and assist in maintaining training records
- To have the ability to use own initiative
- To assist with other ad hoc duties as required
