You will lead the Recruitment and Temporary Staffing teams in the day to day delivery of a comprehensive and responsive recruitment and bank/agency service within the Trust, including providing specialist guidance on advertising, selection processes, adherence to the NHS Employment Check standards and ensuring compliance with appropriate employment legislation including the Workforce Framework Alliance for agency workers.

A 12 month fixed term contract initially with a view to making permanent after this period.

The post holder will lead on all medical recruitment to ensure all are processed within national guidelines to a high and efficient standard for trainee doctors, Trust doctors and all consultant grades.

The post holder will ensure the team is customer focused, efficient, effective and delivers to the highest possible professional standards

The post holder will lead on service improvement and recruitment initiatives on behalf of the Trust, liaising with appropriate external organisations, such as Trac, NHS Jobs, and other job advertising organisations, UK Visas and Immigration Authority, the DBS and internal stakeholders including Trust managers and operational HR teams.
