Due to the promotion of our existing Secretarial Assistant, and the moving on of our School Secretary, Brooke C of E VC Primary School are looking for a new Secretarial Assistant. This part-time position (17 hours per week: 2.5 hours flexible on a Wednesday afternoon and Thursday and Friday: 8:30am to 3:45pm) is for someone who is a hard-working, dedicated and focussed individual who wants to make a difference in a school making great leaps forward. Working alongside the new School Secretary, there may be opportunities for additional hours and flexible working patterns where appropriate.

Brooke and Hempnall Primary schools are working together in partnership since September 2021, with Alex Griffiths, as Executive Head. The schools are situated in the heart of their villages, with Brooke focussed on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for all across the school community. Our new secretarial assistant will work closely in the school office with the School Secretary, managed by the Executive Headteacher, and Head of School, Tori Weal, to ensure that the school meets the expected high standards in communication, management and compliance.
