Express Recruitment are thrilled to be working alongside a leading property agency with over 40 years’ of established and defined experience within the sector. We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join their thriving team on a Temporary Basis to support the increase in workflow.

Within this position you will be responsible for the communication between over 100 residents across the board, handling a large volume of inbound calls from residents and handling their enquiries accordingly. You will also be required to take down detailed notes during calls from other sites, therefore you must have good attention to detail with the capability of multitasking in order to succeed in this position.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Liaise and be in contact with over 100 residents
- Show contractors around the site
- Handle a large volume of inbound calls
- Take jobs from various sites and ensure all written notes are correct

**Skills & Experience**
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Great attention to detail and organisational skills
- Capable of multitasking and prioritising tasks
- Experience of working in customer facing role
