**My client is recruiting for an experienced Commercial & Agricultural Property Paralegal with 1+ years experience to join their highly regarded and well established commercial property department within their Hereford, Herefordshire ofice.**

The practice is looking for an individual with drive and ambition, who can work on their own initiative as well as in a team, take ownership and manage their own casework, with an emphasis on excellent written and verbal communication.

Well known in the local market for offering a friendly service and professional advice, with offices across rural Shropshire, Herefordshire and into North Wales, they can offer a competitive salary for the right person with a range of benefits includinga healthcare scheme, life insurance and hybrid and flexible working opportunities.

You will get to work with a leading team of lawyers who have a strong expertise in a whole range of personal injury claims. This is a great opportunity to work in a close and supportive environment using and developing your skillset.

**Responsibilities**:

- Typing correspondence and documents including faxes and e mails.
- Managing own casework
- Preparing and distributing papers documents for meetings
- Liaise with courts and legal professionals
- Drafting letters and other documents
**Other Duties that you will be expected to carry out include**:

- Dealing promptly with all correspondence/instructions
- Organizing meetings with other fee earners and clients as necessary or directed
- Booking Meeting Rooms
- Keeping departmental and individual diaries up to date
- Ensuring that post, document exchange and hand deliveries are sent promptly

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years’ experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal
- Experience in Property Law preferrable, but not essential
- Discretion, for dealing with confidential information
- Computer literacy
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Exceptionally high standard of spelling and grammar
- The ability to work to deadlines and multitaskptly
- Ensuring that Photocopying is delivered to the General Office
