**Introduction**

Explore Plant & Transport Solutions is looking to recruit a Class 1 HIAB Operative, both HIAB and Wagon and Drag to join the team based in Burton.

**Main responsibilities**
- On time delivery
- Completion of necessary paperwork
- Safe delivery of product to customer
- Positive impact of all customers
- Maintain high industry standards of safety, health, and security
- Supervise the loading of the vehicle so that products are safely loaded and secured to minimise chances of damage
- Ensure that the load is correct against the customers’ orders
- Ensure that on arrival the delivery is safe to make and respect customer’s property; if in doubt, consult with customer and/or Transport Planner
- Check goods off with Customers and obtain signature and print

**Qualifications**

Required
- Full UK Driving licence
- 2 Years HGV driving experience
- Current CPCS / ALLMI Card
- Driver Qualification Card
- Slinger/ Signaller
- HIAB

Preferred
- Have construction logistics knowledge / experience (desirable)
- Allmi - D+E
- CPCS (Hook )
- Slinger Signaller
- WAH certificate

**Experience**
- Be able to work in an unsupervised environment
- Flexible approach
- Have a responsible attitude
- Able to communicate to both Customers and other members of Staff

**Skills/Knowledge**
- Be knowledgeable, have experience of and be comfortable with London driving
- Would benefit from previous flat-bed experience and load security
