Junior Buyer - Halifax - £25-30K
An Audio-Visual solution design consultancy are looking for a Junior Buyer to join their Procurement teams. Serving UK and International clients, the company delivers complex and bespoke installation projects.
**Responsibilities**:
Accurate sourcing and pricing of hardware orders to support project proposal and budgeting
Participate in Kick off meetings and provide input procurement and logistic matter to support project planning
Manage orders and deliveries of hardware to ensure appropriate equipment is available for project delivery.
Plan and facilitate domestic logistics for hardware delivery.
Project documentation in line with ISO and compliance standards
Develop effective relationships with suppliers and negotiate commercial agreements to gain better rebates, costs and priority logistics from Partners
**Requirements**:
Demonstrable advanced use of excel.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate
Strong organisational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
