Reporting to the Senior People & Recruitment Lead, the role will encompass all recruitment and general activities within the People Team.

**Responsibilities**
- Reviewing approved vacancies on the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and posting job adverts internally, on the external website and Linkedin
- Assisting with the management of the content on the Careers page on the Allan Webb internet
- Management of CTP events and other associated events
- Assisting with activities in relation to Early Careers
- General People administration

**Experience/Qualifications**
- A relevant degree or qualification from a recognised professional HR body or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft packages, and be able to learn HR systems
- Proactive team player
- Excellent attention to detail
