Do you have a passion for quality, have an eye for detail and are able to communicate with sub-contractors and customers alike?

My client is the main contractor on a large, long-standing housing scheme in the heart of Cornwall and are looking for an experienced Quality/Aftercare Coordinator to work closely with their Aftercare Manager and Site Management team.

You will take responsibility for works that are being carried out but also works that have already been completed and are in the aftercare period. Alongside the Aftercare Manager, you will carry out inspections to identify any remedial works and ensure the right sub-contractors are appointed to complete the works in a timely, cost-effective manner, to the highest standard.

**Essential requirements**:

- House building knowledge and experience is essential
- Must have an eye for detail
- CSCS card
- Must be IT literate

On offer is a salary of £35,000-£40,000 & other company benefits.
