Here at MJ Quinn, we currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Fibre Supervisor to join the business. This position will be field based in the Wales region

**Primary Objective**
- To support the Flex Manager in successful delivery of our Openreach projects.
- To be responsible for ensuring Flex crews are working efficiently, safely and receiving high quality results through performance measures.
- To ensure NRSWA / Streetworks compliance is achieved across all works.
- To be integral in maintaining client relationships.
- To be fundamental in acting on MJQ's working culture, its reputation and values.

The main function of the Flex Supervisors role is to supervise & support a team of Planners specifically dedicated to Fibre Delivery on Openreach works.

**Main Duties**
- Accurate reporting of Spine & Build progress to the Flex Manager and customer.
- Attend meetings (mainly conf calls) with internal and external stakeholders.
- Continuously working to improve efficiencies and processes to ensure that build is completed in the most cost effective manner.
- Ensuring that all engineers accreditations are kept up to date and relevant to the job role.
- Weekly review & capture of KPI data to manage crews performance.
- Daily Engagement with the planning team to ensure delivery is executed on site in line with the THP build programme as agreed with the client.
- To ensure TM requirements & compliance is managed across all Flex activities as required.
- Ensuring the timely and accurate flow of information/documentation between the Planner and the Subcontractors / DL resource.
- Ensuring a robust auditing regime is carried out in line with MJQ Quality team.
- Ensuring all Flex activities are accurately invoiced in conjunction with the Flex Manager / Commercial team.
- To ensure all defects are rectified in a timely manner as per customers guidelines.
- To work closely with the Flex Manager to ensure delivery & compliance across all aspects of the contract.
- Any ad-hoc duties as requested by the line manager.

**What we are looking for**:
**Experience**
- Experience as a cabling / splicing engineer / Field with PON build experience.
- Excellent understanding of NRSWA / Streetworks / SROH standards & compliance.
- Able to demonstrate a previous track record of field supervision.
- Excellent understanding of Noticing / Permitting regulations / requirements.

**Knowledge and Qualifications**
- Through understanding of telecoms technologies and solutions.
- Leadership skills to drive performance and quality within the field.

**Salary**: £32,000.00-£38,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
