Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Cook to join our team and contribute to the success of our restaurant. As a Cook specializing in Greek street food, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes and wraps, ensuring they meet our standards of quality and authenticity. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about Greek cuisine and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a range of Greek street food dishes, including souvlaki, gyros, and traditional sides, according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure that all food items are prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality, freshness, and consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including equipment and workstations, in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service periods.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a focus on Greek cuisine preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Greek culinary techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and efficiently with colleagues.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Certification in food safety and hygiene is a plus.
