Studio Supervisor

Consol is a growing national tanning brand with 50 studios nation-wide (and counting), leading the field in safe and responsible tanning. We want you to be a part of our future

We are looking to recruit a confident, competent and engaged Supervisor for our brand new Andover Studio.

The hours on offer are flexible with day and evening shifts and weekend flexibility required, there will be an expectation to work at least one weekend a month

What we are looking for:
Essential
- English at GCSE level or equivalent qualification/demonstratable skill
- At least 1 year sales/customer facing experience
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for cleaning
- At least 1 years customer facing experience
- Experience working towards a goal or target - demonstratable by previous roles/education
- Able to attend mandatory training
- Examples of good time management
- Motivation to succeed and rise to new challenges

Desirable
- Experience working within a fast paced Sales environment
- Experience or interest in the Health and Beauty industry
- Experience cleaning and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Previous Supervisor/ Assistant Manager experience
