**What you’ll be doing**:

- Acting as a Lead for SSNR test and commissioning service and support requirements
- Assisting in developing the test and commissioning service support strategy
- Assisting in creating the test and commissioning Maintenance strategy
- Reviewing and commenting on engineering and facility outputs and documents
- Providing SQEP input into facility design decisions
- Assisting in identifying and developing the use of toolsets and software to support this role

**Your skills and experiences**:
**Essential**
- Understanding of test and commissioning service and support requirements
- Understanding of the build, test and commissioning phases of a submarine
- Competent with IT systems and software (Microsoft products)
- Experience leading a team

**Desirable**
- Experience with SAP and Teamcenter

**The Test & Commissioning team**:
As a Commissioning Project Leader, you will be responsible for the line management of Commissioning Engineers across one technical discipline. This role provides an opportunity to be involved in the design stage of a submarine and development of new facilities which will support the test and commissioning strategy into and during the delivery phase. There will also be development opportunities as the organisation grows.
