The White Hart, Witley is an independently owned and operated country pub in the village of Witley, Surrey.

We are recruiting happy, hard-working people to join our team and help deliver exceptional hospitality experiences.

Our team members can do it all. From taking customer orders to pouring pints, delivering food to tables and cleaning empty plates away afterwards.

You do not need to bring any specific experience to this role - just a positive attitude to learning and a willingness to work.

You must be friendly and love helping people. You will treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect, working as a supportive team member.

The aim of your job is to provide friendly, fast and accurate service. Consistently delivering the highest standards of quality and cleanliness in our restaurant.

You must understand the importance of following all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures. Completing tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction.

The ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently, calmly and productively is essential as are effective communication skills such as attentive listening and face-to-face verbal communication.

Quite simply, you'll be working in our fast moving, high energy environment and we’re looking for a genuine smile, enthusiasm, energy, plus an ability to connect with customers and make them feel valued.
