**WHAT TO EXPECT**

Overall, this role is expected to play an important part in moving forward the Treasury systems strategy, adherence to control requirements and improving efficiencies across the board, working closely with other functional areas.

**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**

Treasury Systems
- Support all Treasury systems tasks and projects
- Monitoring of key daily system controls
- Support systems access processes for Treasury systems for new joiners, movers and leavers.
- Review of open tickets log for various systems (mainly Quantum) and conduct necessary follow-ups to ensure resolution with expected timelines.
- Support development of crystal reports in Quantum to support user requirements and efficient reporting
- Better utilisation of the Quantum Scheduler to automate tasks and reports
- Support controls activities like system access reviews, effective SOD’s, systems maintenance, etc.
- Support with Static Data change process
- To create/test new Treasury Instruments: for e.g.: new financing
- Support delivery of major system projects such as patches and upgrades
- Development and maintenance of documentation to ensure robust BCP
- Support with the development and testing of DR plans
- Support relationship meetings with key strategic systems vendors for eg. FIS, Reval etc.
- Support key business led projects and work closely with other stakeholders.

**Treasury Controls**
- Support annual root and branch reviews with various Treasury functional leads and internal control teams (i,e internal auditors, business assurance and statutory auditors)
- Work on Process mapping and review/maintenance of risk controls matrices to ensure maintenance of a robust control framework, continuous improvement.
- Liaison with key audit agencies such as statuary auditors, internal auditors, business assurance (control tower) teams
- Support the Systems Manager with all aspects related to annual and ongoing quarterly audits: such as planning meetings, test of design effectiveness, test of efficiency effectives, sampling methodology, reporting requirements, SOC1 meetings etc.
- Support internal presentations to senior Treasury management and other stakeholders.
- Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

**Essential**:

- Previous experience in a similar role in treasury
- Experience of Treasury Management Systems, ideally later versions of Quantum and Reval
- Strong Excel and Analytical skills and the ability to challenge and embed key processes
- Ability to effectively interpret and communicate technical information/data to both senior finance and non-finance customer base

**Desirable**:

- ACT qualified or working towards an ACT qualification
- Knowledge of Treasury and/or Accounting systems
- Treasury systems implementation
- Understanding of System interfaces
- Degree or relevant equivalent experience preferred
