We started in 2012 and provided consultancy services on district heating systems.

With the development of our new technology, we were able to expand our offering to leading water efficiency solutions, while also improving the design and performance of renewable heating systems.

We are currently seeking a Retrofit Co-ordinator, to join us on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

As a Retrofit Co-ordinator, you will ensure that ECO related properties meet the compliance requirements for our externally funded projects, first time.

Specifically, you will pre-audit and assess properties and their documentation, including risk assessing projects to determine PAS 2035 risk grades and paths to ensure compliance.

Liaising with Retrofit Designers, you will provide them with all available information to ensure the most appropriate and PAS 2035 compliant design is used across projects.

**Additionally, you will**:

- Collaborate with installation, operations and support teams
- Oversee the testing, completion and handover of installations
- Liaise with the compliance team

About You

**To be considered as a Retrofit Co-ordinator, you will need**:

- To be qualified DEA or PAS 2035
- Experience of working on regulated projects
- Knowledge of PASHUB and Trustmark CRM solutions
- Excellent organisational skills
- A Level 5 Diploma in Domestic Retrofit Co-ordination and Risk Management
