**Annual Salary: £24,000 to £27,000**

We are delighted to be working on behalf of a local warehousing facility to help them secure a full time and permanent position within their finance team in Corsham.

Our client is experiencing sustained and predicted growth, so this role will be key in providing financial support to their busy finance team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales invoicing, covering all aspects of calculating, raising, and issuing.
- Credit control, receiving and processing card payments over the phone.
- Dealing with customers on the phone to resolve queries and update details.
- Processing HMRC duty and VAT payments
- Raising and goods receipting purchase orders.
- Assisting the management accountant with weekly and monthly reporting, prepping work sheets and sourcing data.
- To ensure full compliance with the company Health & Safety policy.
- Reporting to the management accountant and working closely within the department with peers.
- The role will require a high level of interaction with customers, often the only personal communication they will receive from the company for long periods of time and therefore imperative that a high level of service is received.
- The role will also involve working with other departments to obtain information and resolve queries.

**Required Skills**:

- High level of proficiency in Excel, hitting deadlines for reporting.
- Ideally working toward the AAT qualification.
- At least 1 years’ experience working in a busy finance department.
- Good attention to detail and a high level of written and oral communication.
- Comfortable using an accounts package and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Accuracy and good time management.
- Professional, clear, and concise telephone manner, positive feedback.
- Accuracy and all transactions processed within banking deadlines.
- Requests turned around on the same day with 100% accuracy.
