Hoist Fitter

Business success and an increasing workload has resulted in a necessity for additional Hoist Fitters to join our very busy team. We are looking to recruit experienced and trainee Hoist Fitters for the installation, maintenance and repair of Rack & Pinion Hoists, traction and hydraulic elevators on construction and industrial sites in the UK including the Borough of London.

A valid driving licence is essential with a willingness to travel UK wide including London. The ability to work long hours and to stay away from home to meet business needs is important for this role to be a success. A valid CSCS card would also be desirable, but not essential as training can be provided to obtain a CSCS card on commencement of employment.

Minimum working hours of 40 hours per week plus paid travel time. Overtime is paid at time and a half Monday to Saturday, double time on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

A vehicle for business use only is provided from the first day of employment, 28 days holiday, PPE, company uniform, company credit card, fuel card, smart phone for business and personal use, contributory pension scheme and company profit share scheme.
