**Responsibilities**:

- **Fire Door Installation**: Execute the installation of fire doors in accordance with industry standards, regulations, and client specifications.
- **Fire Door Maintenance**: Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of existing fire doors to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- **Certification Compliance**: Possess a thorough understanding of FIRAS and/or B.M Trada certification schemes and ensure adherence to certification requirements in all installation and maintenance activities.
- **Quality Assurance**: Maintain a high standard of workmanship and ensure that all fire door installations and maintenance activities meet the company's quality assurance benchmarks.
- **Documentation**: Complete all necessary documentation related to installation and maintenance activities, including certification records, work logs, and client communication.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with other team members, including project managers, contractors, and clients, to ensure seamless coordination and successful project outcomes.
- **Training and Development**: Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 of experience in fire door installation and maintenance.
- **Certifications**: Proficiency in FIRAS and/or B.M Trada certification schemes.
- **Carpentry Skills**: Strong carpentry skills with the ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- **Problem-solving**: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and find practical solutions on the job.
- **Adherence to Safety**: Commitment to adhering to safety regulations and ensuring a safe working environment.

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
