**About us**

Barenbrug is one of the oldest and most established players in the sport and agricultural grass seed industry, operating around the world for over 100 years. As a result of retirement, the role of Operations Co-ordinator has become available at our UK Head Office, based on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds.

**The role**

The Operations Co-ordinator is responsible for administering telephone and electronic enquiries and orders, as well as addressing general administration, dealing with cash sales and in-person retail enquiries. We are looking for someone happy to work in a busy office environment as part of a multi-functional team.

Efficiency and accuracy are essential, to ensure that our customers are dealt with in a prompt, polite and professional manner. The role entails the daily processing of orders, relaying information internally and externally as needed, using a variety of databases, to provide a first-rate service for our customers at all times.

Experience in this sector would be helpful but is not essential, as training will be given. For this role, it's as important for you to display effective and accurate database/data entry skills than to have specific or extensive office experience.
