This is a rare opportunity and we are seeking an experienced Casino Pit Boss to join our team. As a Pit Boss, you will be responsible for overseeing the gaming operations on the casino floor, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests. If you have a passion for managing teams, providing excellent guest service, and have a strong understanding of casino operations, we would love to hear from you.

**Casino Pit boss Responsibilities**
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the casino gaming floor, including table games, card games, and other casino activities.
- Monitor the performance of dealers, ensuring compliance with casino policies and procedures, as well as fair and accurate gameplay.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to dealers, assisting them in resolving customer disputes and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Oversee the handling and distribution of chips and cash transactions, ensuring the security and accuracy of transactions.
- Supervise and manage the seating of players, ensuring efficient utilization of gaming tables and maintaining a balanced and fair gaming environment.
- Monitor the behavior and conduct of players, intervening when necessary to maintain order and prevent any violations of casino rules or regulations.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, or issues, providing resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other casino departments, such as surveillance, security, and hospitality, to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on gaming activities, including player ratings, table statistics, and shift summaries.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new games, and relevant regulations, and provide training to
- Work with the duty manager and assist with customer interactions and our obligations towards responsible gambling

**Experience**

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Previous experience as a Pit Boss or similar role in a casino setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Knowledge of gaming regulations and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Applicants must hold a UK Gaming license and have the right to work in the UK.
