**Site Foreman with Carpentry experience**

**Location**:North West London

**About the role**:
Reporting to the project manager you will work closely together to drive the project forward to ensure client satisfaction.

**Qualifications, experience and requirements**:

- 5 years carpentry background plus general building knowledge. (Steel and formworks).
- At least two years working as a site foreman.
- Must have valid CSCS card.
- Experience of all aspects of a project from start to finish.
- Able to work to a strict set of plans and drawings.
- An exceptional eye for detail.
- Be used to working as a leader and a key member of management.
- Able to manage all kinds of sub-contractors.
- Able to work under pressure and to a deadline.
- Good spoken English.
- Clean driver's licence preferable.
- Must have proven track record and references.

**Responsibility for**:

- Day-to-day site management activities, including, but not limited to, scheduling and potentially hiring workers, overseeing the quality of work, organising deliveries and daily inspections of the site in accordance with drawings.
- Managing health and safety procedures and conducting toolbox talks.
- Programme delivery.
- Managing specialist sub-contractors and signing off their works.
- Buying materials from approved suppliers.
- Being the point of contact between workers and project manager.

**Further information**:
Working hours:

- 54 hours per week / 9 hours per day, Monday to Saturday.

Job type:

- Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**:

- £52,000.00-£55,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Potential performance bonus

Schedule:

- Monday to Saturday
- Overtime
