Our range includes thermally efficient wall panels, commercial and industrial doors, modular cold-rooms, and cold-room shelving designed to meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Located in Pontyclun and Edwards Business Park, Llantrisant, Purever UK operates from two cutting-edge facilities. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly organised individual to join our Llantrisant team as a **Store Keeper**.
**About The Role**:
The Store Keeper’s role is to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the area on a day to day basis, whilst maintaining safety standards, cleanliness and organisation. This position involves managing inventory, coordinating with various teams, and adhering to health and safety protocols.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Inventory Management
- Efficiently control, store and issue all stock items
- Unload and locate incoming goods
- Pick kits to meet the needs of the production schedules
- Liaise with the Stock Controller regarding stock queries
- Record stock receipts accurately on the stock system
- Monitor and replenish all consumables
- Liaise with and assist the despatch team to meet their objectives
- Assist with the stocktaking team as required
- Any other duties as assigned by the despatch supervisor
2. Housekeeping and Cleanliness
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the stores area
- Ensure the stores area is kept clean & tidy at all times
- Dispose of waste properly using designated waste bins
3. Health and Safety
- Uphold health and safety standards at all times
- Keep all areas clear of obstructions to prevent any accidents
- Store all items safely and securely
- Utilise correct handling equipment for stock movement
4. Additional Duties
- Transport picked stock to the production unit using a Company pick-up truck
**Role Requirements**:
- Full UK driving license
- Over the age of 25 for Company insurance purposes
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a similar role (desired)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills

**Salary**: £11.82 per hour
